Ambassador Program
Thank you for your interest in joining the Timberleaf Trailers Ambassador program! We have a few options for you to participate in any capacity that suits your preferences. This program is designed to help us grow with your support! A bit of a grassroots marketing effort, if you will. At this moment there are three tiers that will continue to develop and grow, please take a moment to review the tier levels below. Tier 1
Are you interested in spreading the word about your trailer and helping us, but don’t want to get too involved? This is for you! Tier 1 ambassadors will get a promo pack that includes trifold fliers, business cards, and our latest sticker pack with every resupply. Get a resupply as often as you need, we’ll ship ’em out to you and you’ll have a pack of marketing materials that helps us out a TON!
Tier 1 includes:
- Fliers, business cards, and sticker packs refilled upon request.
Tier 2
Are you a teardrop super fan? This may be the right spot for you! If you sign up as a Tier 2 ambassador, you’ll become a regional ambassador with the opportunity to talk ‘drop with prospective trailer customers. As you probably remember from your shopping experience, we only have trailers on display at our showroom in Grand Junction, but we have customers coast to coast, and it’s not always practical to travel all the way to Colorado just to see a trailer in person before ordering.
With this level, we will have an automated contact form where people in your region can reach out to you through an anonymous contact form on our website. Your information will not be visible to the person unless you respond to their email. Your location, name, contact information, etc. will all be hidden from the public eye; prospective clients will submit a web form that sends you a message directly, only once you respond to coordinate a potential meetup will they see your name or email address (or phone number if you call/text them). Prior to that, the only thing they will see online is the city that you are located in and your trailer model & year.

- One Timberleaf t-shirt at signup per adult in your household. Color and pattern to be selected at random based on availability.
- Showcase your trailer to prospective trailer shoppers in your region.
Pro Team
Do you consider yourself a teardrop MEGA fan? In addition to Tier 1 & 2, Pro Team ambassadors will have the opportunity to be invited out to events that we attend, with options to camp on-site for events or even have their trailer on display at events. These events may include Overland Expos where we often showcase 3+ trailers, and may expand to events where ambassadors can attend smaller events on their own with support from the Timberleaf Trailers team. The Pro Team ambassador level is a dynamic option where you’ll have the option to opt in or out of events as they suit you. You also have the opportunity to suggest events that you would like to showcase at! As a Pro Team ambassador you will have more interaction with the team.
Pro Team Ambassador level includes:
- Fliers, business cards, and sticker packs refilled upon request.
- One Timberleaf t-shirt at signup per adult in your household. Color and pattern to be selected at random based on availability.
- Showcase your trailer to prospective trailer shoppers in your region.
- Opportunities to attend events as an official Timberleaf ambassador.
- Thank-you care package for each event attended.
- Exclusive discounts on accessories from Timberleaf and our vendors.
